How to use

Best magnesium ever!!!
Been using this magnesium spray now for a couple of weeks it’s so good, spray on the soles of my feet it helps me sleep better, gets rid of joint pain I had a swollen knee yesterday and it helped me so much amazing stuff HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS👍🏼

Restful sleep
The magnesium spray has not disappointed. Light and non-greasy. I’m normally a terrible sleeper. My sleep has been deeper and longer then usual since using this product on the soles of my feet before bed.
